Description

This is an UNRESTRICTED and PARTIAL SMALL BUSINESS/8(A) SET-ASIDE. The Department of Veteran Affairs VA intends to issue a request for proposal for the re-competition of the current Management Studies and Analyses contracts. The request for proposal is for contractor support in the following six service areas: Planning and Management Analysis; Health Services; Benefits Services; Actuary Services and Research; Information Technology, Systems Analysis, and Services; and Organizational Management. Period of performance will be a base year with four option years. The North American Industrial Code is 54151 and 54161 (includes all subcategories). The Government contemplated making multiple awards of an Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery contract under both the Unrestricted and Partial Small Business/8(a) Set-Aside. The solicitation will be posted by April 17, 2001 on the VA website http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. Any questions should be e-mailed to linda.grasso@mail.va.gov. Amendment 3 is the updated DRAFT solicitation for the unrestricted competition, Amendment 4 is the updated DRAFT solicitation for the partial Small Business/8(a) Set-aside, Amendment 5 are answers to questions on RFI, and Amendment 6 is a list of the current Task Orders issue on the current Management Studies and Analyses contract.
