Description

The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to solicit on a sole source, other than full and open competitive basis, a fixed price-level of effort type contract to Oceanic Imaging Consultants, Inc., for Information Technology services for conversion of GeoDAS format data to NAVOCEANO's UNISIPS format.
