Description

Troop Laundry in support of Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri. The service will be for one base year and four option years beginning 1 October 2001. The NAICS code is 812332. The proposed procurement will be 100% set aside for small business. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation and other items necessary to provide laundry and dry cleaning services for Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW), except those items designated as Government furnished property of services. This requirement is solicited under FAR Part 12, utilizing Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation will be distributed on the FedBizOpps website, at the link below. No paper copies of the solicitation will be made available. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive award. Refer to website _ccr.com_ on the _www_ for any questions regarding CCR. Solicitation will be issued on or about 3 May 2001.
