Alternate offerors must provide a complete technical data package. Refer to Clauses 52.217-9002 Conditions for Evaluation and Acceptance of Offers for Part Numbered Items, and 52.217-9G04 Flight Safety Critical Part, Critical Application, Item Documentation Requirements.
