Request for Quote SP0441-01-Q-W879 is cancelled in it's entirety and replaced with Request for Proposal SP0441-01-R-2572. A copy is available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date of 16 April 01. A paper copy will not be available to requestors. This item is being procured in accordance with McDonnell Douglas Helicopter (02731) part number 7-311527069-3 Rev B. This item must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control drawing. This is a source control and critical application item. COQC is required. Approved source(s): MRC Bearings (38443) and Timken Aerospace (78118). This effort is being procured FOB Destination, Quantity 380, Inspection/Acceptance Origin, Qualilty Assurance Provision QAP B02 and delivery 180 DARO. All deliveries will be maed to one of DLA's sotck location with anticipated delivery to Tracy, CA and New Cumberland, PA. This effort includes and 100% option quantity. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the RFP. See Note 26
