Description

The Deptartment of Veterans Affairs Sierra Pacific Consolidated Contracting Activity (CCA) is planning to negotiate a sole source contract with MedStone International Inc. to provide Medstone Electrodes, Coupling Bags, and Patient Bags for use with the MedStone STS Shockwave Lithotripsy System located at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System 3801 Miranda Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, a facility within VISN 21. Contract term is May 23, 2001, or date of award, through May 22, 2002 with four one-year renewal options. Other sources that believe they can supply these items must submit company information to this office not later than 3:30PM on Friday, April 20, 2001.
