Manufacturer shall provide certification with regard to the Specifications composition Requirements, and the Lot conformance test Report (Para 4.4.2), to DSCR-JDTA prior to First shipment of each lot. Repackaging of Material is not Authorized. Original Manufacturer's commercial Unit packaging is required. I/A/W SPEC NR MIL PRF-85570C, NR MIL-STD-129N FOR S/L marking. Type II Shelf Life 24 months. FOB/Destination, Inspection/Acceptance is Destination. Automated Best Value System (ABVS)RFP, 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Anticipate a firm fixed price, Definite Quantity Contract for 202 Drums Shipping to DLA Stock location, Richmond VA SRG, and 75 Drums shipping to Tracy CA AQ5 and will include a 100% option.
