Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F04700-01-T-0046. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-22 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20001213. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 3861. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333315. Small business size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition includes Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001, 10 each INFOCUS, LCD Projector Model:XGA 2400 LUMEN data/video projector, P/N LP-0925; CLIN 0002, 10 each INFOCUS Ceiling Mounts, P/N: SP-CEIL-LM3X; CLIN 0003, 2 each INFOCUS replacement lamps, P/N SP-LAMP-LP10. Required delivery 30 days after receipt of purchase order at Edwards AFB, FOB Destination. The following provisions and clauses apply: 52.252-2 -- Clauses Incorporated by Reference.
