Description

The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Roper Starch Worldwide, Inc., Newark, NJ, for a one year subscription to Roper Reports and Roper Reports Plus. Roper Reports is a consumer trend analysis and consulting service, which provides clients comprehensive insight into the key consumer trends driving their business. This subscription includes three copies of the Roper Reports Studies; Roper Reports Library; Monthly Public Pulse, an electronic newsletter highlighting Roper's perspective on a key market trend or segment; Custom Intelligence Service, which consist of ongoing analytical and consulting services; Annual Presentation on key trends driving the consumer marketplace; and Topic Memos outlining proposed question areas for each research wave. Roper Reports Plus includes one or more special market identifier question(s) in all upcoming surveys to identify a group(s) of consumers of particular interest to you. All responsible sources that can provide the above requirement shall submit written quotations within 15 days from the published date of this announcement. No solicitation will be issued; therefore such requests for solicitations will be considered non-responsive. All quotes shall include price(s);FOB Point; a POC (name and telephone number); GSA number is applicable; business size and payment terms.
