Description

UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries contemplates a Firm Fixed Price three (3) year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to be awarded in response to this solicitation for the following item(s): Line item 0001 Broadcloth, 65/35 poly/cotton, blue/1550, 3.8-4.3 oz., 60" minimum and 62" maximum cutable, roll size 50 yards minimum and 250 yards maximum, in accordance with Mil Spec MIL-C-43992B, dated 6/28/89 and any mods to the spec. Estimated maximum quantity is 2,400,000 yards, Guaranteed minimum quantity is 260,000 yards. To be delivered to UNICOR, FCI Butner , NC. UNICOR MCS No. FAB1019. Line item 0002 -. Broadcloth, 65/35 poly/cotton, blue/1550, 3.8-4.3 oz., 60" minimum and 62" maximum cutable, roll size 50 yards minimum and 250 yards maximum, in accordance with Mil Spec MIL-C-43992B, dated 6/28/89 and any mods to the spec. Estimated maximum quantity is 930,000 yards, Guaranteed minimum quantity is 150,000 yards to be delivered to UNICOR, FCI Edgefield, SC. UNICOR MCS No. FAB1019.These items will be ordered by issuance of individual delivery orders and will be billed and delivered F.O.B. destination, first order due 60 days after contract award and subsequent orders due 30 days after receipt of order to: UNICOR, FCI Butner, Old Highway 75, Butner, NC 27509 and UNICOR, FCI Edgefield, 501 Gary Hill Road, Edgefield, SC 29824. All orders resulting from this contract will have a DO rating of DOC9. A copy of the solicitation can be obtained from UNICOR=s website at www.unicor.gov/procurement, and should be available within fourteen (14) days after this notice is posted. It is the responsibility of all potential offerors to check the website for any amendments to this solicitation. Hard copies of this solicitation and any subsequent amendments WILL NOT be available. Bid samples are required to be submitted with all offers. Submit bid samples to UNICOR, FCI Butner, Attn: David Elsea, Old NC Highway 75, Butner, NC 27509. Bid samples shall be not less than 5 yards long and 60-62 inches in width. All responsible sources may submit an offer.
