Description

The Department of Housing and Urban Development has determined it is in its best interest to pursue this requirement under the Streamlined Acquisition procedures. As the requirement will remain unrestricted, all qualified offerors will have an opportunity to submit proposals. The solicitation was not posted on the announced date of March 27th due to this determination.
