Description

The USDA, ARS, Biosciences Research Laboratory, Fargo, ND requires the acquisition of a commercial cDNA Library using subtraction techniques to generate two subtracted cDNA libraries (forward and reverse); full differential screening 10 x 96 clones from forward and reverse subtracted libraries (5 x 96 forward and 5 x 96 reverse); and a single-pass sequending of all the clones that showed more than 2-fold difference in expression levels. Commercial items procedures will be used. This is a 100% set-aside for small business (fewer than 500 employees).
