Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency has a requirement for services to provide a detailed study on the subject of Human Rights Compliance Records from 1990 to the present for certain countries worldwide. The study should provide information such as trends in performance and assessments of the impact on human rights. Research should be provided in phases from various technical sources. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside. The contract period will be one year. All responses to this notice should reference MDA908-01-Q-0033. Interested parties have 15 days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit either written or faxed request for the solicitation document.
