- Regular Overhaul of USNS KANAWHA (T-AO 196) initially scheduled for thirty (30) days is revised to commence on or about 06 August 2001 through 28 September 2001, for a period of forty five (45) calendar days. Offer area revised from East and Gulf Coast to Government Facility Norfolk Virginia Area. A responsible offeror shall be considered eligible if the offeror has previously executed an Agreement for Boat Repair ABR) prior to award of the contract.
