Description

Notice of availability of a prospectus for the award of a concession contract authorizing the year-round operation of the 9-hole Highland Links Golf Course including a pro shop and snack bar for the public within Cape Cod National Seashore, North Truro, Massachusetts, for a period of ten years. All equipment and furnishings needed to operate shall be provided by the concessioner. There is an average of 17,000 rounds of golf played a year. Annual gross receipts for 1999 were $508,585. The Director, National Park Service, has determined that this is not a qualified new concession contract as annual gross receipts are estimated to be greater than $500,000 in the first 12 months of its term. Therefore, pursuant to 36 CFR Part 51.36, no preferred offeror for this contract exists. Offers are due June 8, 2001.
