Description

Provide all necessary qualified personnel and services, material, equipment, and supplies to perform and report HIV-1 initial screening, supplementary, and confirmatory testing employing both an FDA-approved ElISA test derived from whole viral lysate and a Recombinant Protein ELISA test using the Western Blot technique on serum specimens furnished by designated U.S. Army (active duty), U.S. Army Reserve Physical Examination sites, U.S. Coast Guard, Army National Guard, Veterans Affairs medical facilities, and Federal Occupational Health sites. A contract will be awarded for the basic performance period of 01 Oct 01 through 30 Sep 02 with four one-year options. Solicitation DADA10-01-R-0009 will be issued on or about 17 Apr 01 with a closing date approximately 30 days after the issue date. Request for this solicitation must be submitted in writing. All proposals received from responsible sources will be considered.
