Description

The Federal Correctional Institution/Federal Prison Camp, Beckley, located in Beaver, WV is seeking a qualified contractor to provide the following medical services: Mobile Magnetic Imaging (MRI), two (2) eight-hour sessions per year; Mobile Computerized Tomography (CT), four (4) eight hour sessions per year; Nuclear Cardiac Imaging, two (2) eight-hour sessions per year, and; Mobile Ultrasound Services, one (1) eight-hour session per month. The anticipated period of performance will be from the date of an award, tentatively 6/19/01, through 12 months. Additionally, the contract will provide for four (4) twelve month option periods. This contract will be awarded based upon price, credentials, and experience. Technical and past performance, when combined, is equal to price. The anticipated release date of this Request for Quotation is 4/30/01; closing 5/22/01.
