Description

The area of consideration has been expanded from "facilities located in Washington, PA with a Washington, PA zip code" to "facilities located in Washington County, PA within the corporate city limits of Washington, PA, or no more than ten (10) miles outside the corporate city limits of Washington, PA." Proposal due date has been extended to April 30, 2001 (C.O.B.). This is in reference to original CBD notice published February 27, 2001, and to modification published March 13, 2001.
