Description

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has a requirement for Advertising Services in support of the Multifamily Property Disposition Centers located in Fort Worth, TX and Atlanta, GA. HUD requires services on a nationwide basis to place advertisements in various media to promote foreclosure sales, sales of HUD-Owned projects, note sales and other sales related activities. This is a sealed bid procurement with the Government having the unilateral option to extend the base period of one year for four (4) consecutive periods on a year-to-year basis. The acquisition is being offered as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. A fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity contract will be awarded. Anticipated issuance date for subject solicitation is April 17, 2001. Offers will be due May 17, 2001.
