Description

The National Park Service is offering for lease Quarters 2 (Quarters) at Fort Mason, Golden Gate National Recreation Area ("GGNRA"), San Francisco, California. One-year leases at fair market value are being offered for residential use only. Quarters are being offered by sealed bid pursuant to the procedures set forth in 36 CFR sec.18.6. Bids are to be submitted to GGNRA Headquarters, Business Management Office, Fort Mason, Building 201, San Francisco, CA 94123, no later than 4:00 P.M., June 1, 2001, and must be submitted on the Bid Form provided by the GGNRA and pursuant to the instructions set forth therein. A copy of the Bid Form can be obtained by calling (415) 561-4729 or writing "GGNRA NPS/FORT MASON RENTALS/Fort Mason, Bldg. 201/San Francisco,CA 94123". Highest bidder will be notified within three days of the bid deadline, and will be required to post deposits and sign leases immediately thereafter. Occupancy is expected by July 1, 2001. An open house for inspection of the Quarters will be conducted from 9:00 A.M. to 12 Noon, on Saturday, May 19, 2001.
