Description

Furnish all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform Grounds Maintenance Services at the Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute, Bethesda, MD. Services to include mowing, trimming, weeding, fertilizing, liming, leaf collection and hedge trimming. Period of performance: 01 July 2001 through 30 June 2002 with options for three additional years. Requests for the solicitation shall be made in writing or FAX 301-295-3127. 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Range: $25,000 -- $100,000. NAIC 56173 (SIC 0782). To qualify as a small business under this procurement, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $5,000,000.00.
