S -- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment to clean both the INTERIOR & EXTERIOR of all windows, fixed glass, screens, and window sills of Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 42 and connecting tunnels and quarters 12, 41, 43, 44 at the VA Medical Center, 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, NC. This is a small business set-aside procurement. The bid documents will be available on or about April 16, 2001.
