Description

The Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS) intends to award, based on best value, a firm, fixed-priced contract. The INS requires an expert in assessment construction to develop, construct, and write items for the U.S.Immigration Officer Managerial Writing Skills Exercise. One hundred twenty items are required. It is anticipated that the solicitation, COW-1-R-1078, will be posted on the GSA Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ by April 3, 2001 with proposals due April 17, 2001. Award is anticipated by May 21, 2001. Solicitations will be available on the website only; no copies will be mailed or faxed. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the INS. See Numbered Note(s) 1. If a minimum of two offers from qualified small business concerns are not received, the award will be made on the basis of full and open competition from among all responsible business concerns submitting offers.
