- Description
- 1. The Coronado National Forest, Douglas Ranger District, Cochise County, Arizona, is soliciting for the construction of one new, vertical, potable water well. 2. Satisfactory water yield will be drilled for at a maximum of two identified sites. 3. Upon indication of satisfactory yield (6 GPM), installation of surface, production, and perforated casings shall proceed. 5. Upon completion of development and testing, a new submersible well pump, solar power system, and complete plumbing, mechanical and electrical appurtenances shall be installed. 6. Installation of all pumping and power equipment shall follow all generally recognized industry standards, or shall comply with NEC standards, whichever are more stringent. 7. Plumbing for potable water outlet line from new well/pump shall be constructed into existing 20,000 gallon steel storage tank. 8. No water or other utilities are available at the work site; the access road is an all-weather dirt road. 9. Contract time is 120 days. 10. Price range: $25,00-$100,000. 11.
