Description

Z -- Construction: Repair and renovate the latrines (restrooms) in Warehouse 4, Bays 3 and 5, at Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA. Work includes but is not limited to: demolition; asbestos removal; ceramic tile work; acoustical ceilings; industrial resin flooring; toilet partitions; plumbing; air supply-distribution-ventilation and exhaust; electrical; clean-up and disposal. Completion is approximately 120 days after notice to proceed. Total estimated magnitude is $250,000 to $500,000. Solicitation number DAAB17-01-B-0009 applies. Approximate issue and opening dates are 16 APR 01/18 MAY 01. These dates are only estimates; exact dates will be determined when the solicitation is ready for issuance and shall be set forth therein.
