Any manufacturer other than Avica Inc. must submit a complete SAR package for evaluation in order to be considered for award (reference FAR 52.217-9002 and 52.217-9G04). Critical Application Item. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Please do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. Other than full and open competition. Origin inspection required.
