Description

The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command proposes to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis up to a maximum quantity of 350 APU kits. This procurement will be limited competition to procure national stock number (NSN):2835-01-H97-3438. Part Number (P/N): 3615500-2 from Honeywell or NSN: 2835-01-H97-3994, P/N: 115805-200 from Hamilton Sundstrand. The APU kits will be in support of the production of the H-60 aircraft and will be provided as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) for the H-60 Multi-Year Aircraft production contract to be awarded in fiscal year (FY) 2002. A firm fixed price requirements contract is contemplated with an ordering period of 5 years. This contract will be utilized to procure APU kits for other U.S. Armed Services, U.S. Government Agencies, and foreign military sales (FMS) customers. This contract will also be utilized to procure spare APU kits. No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. See Note 22.
