Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Critical item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 375 each, all to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA within 280 DARO or best possible delivery. 100% option to increase quantity is included in the RFP. Solicitation issue date is April 18, 2001.
