Purchased in accordance with only currently approved source, Gentex Corp (60240) P/N G002-4240-01. Deliver 255 EA, FOB destination to Tracy, CA 95376 in 120 days. Inspection and acceptance at origin required. ISO 9002 (tailored) is required. COQC quality requirements apply. Note 26 applies. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of April 16, 2001. Solicitation will not be available prior to this date due to synopsis requirements. Hard copies are not available. The government does not possess drawings, plans or other such technical data, therefore the item is purchased in accordance with the part number of the only known approved source of supply. proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities.
