17(v). There are many contract line items, which are not optional: ITEMS ARE LISTED BELOW . Provide Brand Name or Equal- 17(vi). DESCRIPTION -- Provide following: 900MHz, Cordless Headset Telephones, Plantronics, Model CT10, Qty 9000, brand name or equal. 17(vii). Date of delivery is no later than 30 days from receipt of award; Place of Delivery and Acceptance is listed below. FOB Destination!! Place of Delivery: To be determined, various locations throughout CONUS 17(viii). Solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items (AUG 1998) is hereby incorporated by reference.!! 17(ix). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous, representing the best value to the Government price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Evaluation will be based on (1) Delivery Terms -- ability to meet required delivery schedule and (2) Price. Factors are listed in their relative order of importance. 17(x).
