CORRECTIONS TO COMMERCE BUSINESS DAILY (CBD) PUBLICATION DATED MARCH 8, 2001. The CBD publication information is correct. However, the information on the Electronic Solicitation (ESOL) Website for Preference Program is corrected from 8(A) Set-Aside to UNRESTRICTED. The Navy requires three (3) complete sets of Standard Forms 254 and 255. The closing date of April 11, 2001 by 2:00 PM, HST, remains unchanged.
