Description

The government requires the following: Anticipates a Firm, Fixed Price Requirements type contract to be negotiated on a sole source basis with Chem-Nuclear Systems, L.L.C., Columbia, SC, for annual requirement for Burial and perpetual care of low level radioactive waste in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. This notice is therefore published for informational purposes only. No additional sources are being sought at this time. Estimated annual quantity of waste is 24,000 pounds, anticipated to be shipped in 55-gallon drums and B-87 boxes. For a one-year period of performance with two one-year option period.
