Description

The Alaska VA Healthcare System and Regional Office has a need to establish a Medical Transcription Services contract for VA and at other designated medical treatment facilities as necessary in Anchorage, AK, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall provide an off site central dictation system accessible via telephone and an on-site printing system to perform medical transcription services for VA and other designated medical treatment facility. The contractor shall provide at a minimum the ability to have 4 simultaneous dictations 24 hours per day, seven days a week and shall transcribe all dictation in the correct Government required format as specified in the SOW. The point of contract is Gladys Wheeler, located at the Department of Veterans Affairs, 2925 DeBarr Road, Anchorage, AK 99508. The period of performance will be a base year with four (4) one-year options to renew. Estimated dollar amount is between $500,000.00 and 1,000,000.00 total. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated.
