Description

All labor and materials necessary for completion of three bound, narrative self-contained appraisal reports for each of 46 total tracts from which there will be 39 total appraisals (with 35 total landowners), 15 of which are improved. The property is located at St. Croix National Scenic Riverway, in Bayfield and Sawyer Counties in Wisconsin. Each appraisal will conform to "The Uniform Standards for Federal Land Acquisition".
