Description

The contractor is to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, facilities, and supervision necessary to perform Grounds Maintenance Services at San Onofre Housing, Serra Mesa Housing, and Other Buildings and Areas at Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA. These services include, but are not limited to mowing and trimming lawns, edging, removing debris, controlling weeds and rodents, fertilizing, pruning, irrigating, maintaining irrigation systems, aerating, cultivating and hand weeding planters, cleaning surface and storm drainage systems, cutting embankments, and sweeping/blowing sidewalks, walkways, driveways and parking areas. NAICS Code 56173; Size Standard: $5,000,000.00. We are soliciting this requirement as a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This contract will be a Combination Firm Fixed Price/ Indefinite Quantity contract. The contract term is for a base with four options, and a provision for the option to extend services. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium; solicitation will be available for viewing and downloading, free of charge, via http://esol.navfac.navy.mil .
