Description

The DVA Medical Center is seeking to set-aside two (2) motel or hotel rooms within a 2 mile radius of the VA Medical Center, Hwy 6 West, Iowa City, IA 52246. The offered rooms must be from a single contractor at a location. The rooms will be set-aside for exclusive VA use for the duration of the contract. Contractor shall provide daily housekeeping service as well as a continental breakfast to the VA referred occupatns of the rooms. Contractor shall provide daily shuttle service to and from the VA Medical Center. Rooms shall be furnished with 2 double size beds and other furniture typical of a commerically available motel or hotel rooms. Contractor will be for 6 months with one six month option period included. Solicitation documents will be available o/a 4/13/01. Request for quote date is o/a 5/13/01.
