- Description
- The project consists of the construction of a new warehouse building and the removal and disposal of the existing barn, garage, Gas House, and Outhouse Building at the Brownlee Guard Station. The work to be completed includes but is not limited to: removing and salvaging designated roofing materials on existing buildings to be removed, removing and disposing of the designated existing buildings, lead-based paint abatement; construct a new warehouse building including removal of existing underground electrical conduit and conductors, relocation of existing drain line, removal of existing pig pit, excavation of new pig pit, all excavation and backfill, all trenching and connection of utilities, and other incidental items required to complete the project. Brownlee Guard Station is located approx. 12 miles northwest of the town of Cambridge, Idaho in the SW 1/4 of Section 34, T20N, R1W, Boise Meridian. State Hwy 71 and FSR 50044 access the Guard Station. Est. start date is 6/15/01 with 60 calendar days for completion. Est. price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
