Description

Construction of 2 New Military Family Housing (MFH) units and the improvement of 12 existing MFH at Cavalier AFS, ND. The scope of work includes construction of a complete and usable project consisting of all labor, materials, equipment, and all necessary site improvements, landscaping, on and off site work (utilities, road, etc.) as may be required. Amenities included in the project are: heating and air conditioning, carpeting, garages, appliances, patios, and privacy fencing. Project performance period is expected to be 518 calendar days, which includes a winter exclusion period from 15 Nov 01 -- 15 Apr 02. Copies of the Specifications, Drawings and Solicitations are available on CDs by written request only. Our Fax number is (210) 536-3498. The solicitation, plans, specifications, or drawings will not be provided in a printed paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government's best interest. All proposals and other normal documents required for the proposal submittal, including amendments to the proposal submittal, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for the proposal submittal documents will not be allowed. All contractors interested in receiving notification of updates/amendments to the solicitation posted on the web site are urged to enroll on the web site mailing list for this acquisition. No telephone requests will be accepted. The magnitude for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 million. Performance and payment bonds will be required.
