Description

Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to provide IRS security upgrades. The work includes, but is not limited to: complete multiplexed CCTV system, intrusion detection system, intercom system, card reader/access system, security doors, security partitions with metal mesh, duress alarm modification and minor electrical modifications. Work will be performed in IRS controlled space from floors 1 through 7 at the John Weld Peck Federal Building, 550 Main Street, Cincinnati, OH. The completion time for this project is 150 calendar days from the receipt of notice to proceed. The estimated cost range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This is a full and open competition under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The North American Industrial Classification System is 235310 with a size standard of $11.5 million.
