Description

The Corpus Christi Army Depot has a "shared savings" contract with Sempra Energy. The life of the contract is twenty-five years. The contract was awarded on 8 September 1988. Sempra is responsible for the chilled water system provided and all cooling tower support equipment. The cooling tower is being relocated at the request of the government. The government is responsible for the costs associated with the relocation as Sempra is not able to use the foundation presently available for the cooling tower. The Corpus Christi Army Depot intends to negotiate with Sempra Energy Services, Houston, TX, the costs associated with the relocation of the cooling tower.
