Description

Furnish all plant, labor, materials, and equipment; and perform all work in strict accordance with these specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof, for the repair of distribution lines at Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, AL and for removal and replacement of miscellaneous transformers. Line item 0001 will consist of the following but not limited to the following : (1) Along canal on Roosevelt Drive (a) Restring approximately 2300 ft of 3 # 1/0 ACSR & 1 #2 hard drawn bare copper combination neutral and primary with new 4 # /40 hard drawn bare copper combination neutral and primary. (b) Restring approximately 95ft of 3 # 1/0 & 1 # 2 hard drawn bare copper combination neutral and primary with new 4 # 350 MCM hard drawn bare copper combination neutral and primary. Line item 0002 consists of but is not limited to the following: removal, installation, and replacement of miscellaneous transformers. All work shall be done, complete, in strict accordance with these specifications and the applicable drawings consisting of Plan No. IE-196-00, sheets 1 thru 3 subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance period is for 180 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is a sealed bid competitive SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. North American Industry Classification System Code is 23492, Size is $27.5 million. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c), therefore hardcopies will not be provided.
