1560-01-317-4571, Fair Strap Assembly, manufactured to McDonnell Douglas Corp Cage 76301 P/N 74A330833-1016 Rev G. Approved sources: Winding Specialists Co and Northrop Grumman Corp. Other than full and open competition. Flight Safety/ Critical Application Item. Any manufacturer other than Winding Specialists Co or Northrop Grumman Corp must submit a complete source approval request package for evaluation in order to be considered for award (see FAR 52.217-9002 and 52.217-9G04). DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Please do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. This solicitation is for an indefinite quantity contract with a base year and four one year option periods. The estimated annual demand is 94 each for the base year and 56 each for the option years. FOB is Origin with inspection and acceptance at Origin IAW QAP 007. Requested delivery is 330 days ARO. Numbered Note 26 applies. Solicitation will not be placed on the Procurement Gateway.
