Description

The VA Puget Sound Healthcare System, 1660 So. Columbian Way, Seattle, Washington, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Nycomed Amersham for the procurement of Radioactive Iodine I-125 seeds. All responses from responsible sources will be considered and must provide brand name or equal products. All responses must be submitted in writing, including the solicitation number, a contact point and telephone number within 10 calendar days of publication of this notice and may be faxed to (206)764-2565. See numbered Note 22.
