Description

This announcement is for Request for Quotations (RFQ) for at least five individual custom pack solicitations. The packs each contain approximately 20 to 30 different items to include various sponges, drapes, surgical blades, syringes, needles, towels, and other components. Estimated yearly usage varies by the pack and ranges from 150 to 4,000 each. Delivery will be through the medical surgical prime vendor. Contract period is from October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002, with two 12-month renewal options. A nonsterile bid sample is required for each RFQ at time of bid opening. Request bid documents in writing or by fax to 612-725-2072. Each respondent will receive copies of all solicitations. As each pack will be awarded an independent contract, respondents may choose which solicitations to respond to. Solicitation documents will be available on or about April 16, 2001. Requests for bid documents will not be honored after May 10, 2001. NAICS 421450 with a small business classification of 500 employees applies.
