NON PERSONAL SERVICES -- ARMY COMMUNITY SERVICE has the following contracts for Fort Eustis and Fort Monroe, Virginia: (1) Family Advocacy Program (FAP) Assistant (DABT57-01-T-0016), Location: Fort Eustis, VA. The Assistant provides programs to educate the Army community about child and spouse abuse, encourage prompt reporting of abuse and support couples and parents in order to prevent family maltreatment. 40 hours per week with 4 options years starting 16 April 2001. (2)ACS/FAP Administrative Technician, (DABT57-01-T-0017), Fort Monroe, VA. The FAP is designed to promote healthy family lifestyles and to address the problems that contribute to domestic violence and child abuse and neglect. 40 hours per week with 2 options years starting 16 April 2001. (3) ACS Technician, Fort Monroe, VA (DABT57-01-T-0018). The ACS Technician is responsible for providing administrative support to all areas of Army Community Service, Family Advocacy and supported staff functions in the Soldier and Family Support Center, Fort Monroe, VA. 25 hours per week. ALL CONTRACTORS MUST BE REGISTERED IN CENTRAL CONTRACTORS REGISTER IN ORDER TO BE AWARDED THESE CONTRACTS. If an individual is quoting on these, they are responsible for paying all income taxes. The person is a contractor not an employee of the Federal Government. Please contact this office for Wage Rates if quoting as other than an individual basis. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 8322. These solicitations are all 100% set-aside for small businesses with annual receipt of $5.0m.
