Description

The Defense Supply Service -- Washington, intends to award a contract on a selected source basis to The Gracia Group to conduct a study of Sino-Saudi relations and the implications for US National security. This work will explore the ramifications of increasing Chinese reliance on Saudi Arabia for its energy needs, particularly the effects that closer ties between these states will have on US national security interests. The period of performance will be 6 months. This notice is for informational purposes only. No solicitation will be issued. Interested parties must submit a capabilities statement delineating the ability of the party to meet the stated requirement, including detailed pricing information.
