CORRECTION TO PUBLISHED SPECIAL NOTICE: This notice is a correction to the special notice publication, dated 04/04/2001, awarding sole source delivery order to Lesix-Nexis,1150 18th Street, NW, Suite 600, Washington, DC 20036 for commercial timesharing services and listed the published the award number as DE-AD01-01SO30176 . The award number is corrected and published to read as DE-AD01-01SO30140. The US Department of Energy intends to award a sole source delivery order under GSA Contract No. GS-35F-0134L with Lexis-Nexis, 1150 18th Street, NW, Suite 600, Washington, DC 20036 for commercial timesharing services. This delivery order will be for one year with four option years and will provide access to Lexis which is an on-line full text legal research service and access to Nexis which is an on-line, full text new research service, which contains over 100 publications. The proposed delivery order is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties that feel they can provide these services may respond by submitting their capability statement to the address in this notice, including prices. All submissions must be received within forty five (45) days of the publication date of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed delivery order based upon responses to this notice is due to the guidelines written in FAR 8.404. See Note(s) 22 *****
