Description

The U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY intends to award a sole source purchase order with American University for 1805 nights of summer housing for cadet interns. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The appplicable SIC code is 7011, NAICS code is 721110, with a size standard of $5.0M. All reponses from responsible sources will be considered. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations.
