Description

The US Department of Energy intends to award a sole source contract to Dialog Corporation, 11000 Regency Parkway, Suite 400, Cary, NC 27511, for commercial timesharing services. This contract will provide access, with a powerful search capability to over 280 databases, covering virtually every subject area. The proposed contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties that feel they can provide these services may respond by submitting their capability statement to the address in this notice, including prices. All submissions must be received within forty five (45) days of the publication date of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. See Note(s) 22 *****
