Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the rehabilitation of the heating, ventilating and air coditioning system for the Air Traffic Control Base Building at Air Force Base located in Camp Springs, Maryland. The period of performance is estimated to begin on or about July 1, 2001. The estimted price range of this construction project is between $900,000,00 and $1,000,000,00. This Request for Offer will be based on Best Value. Proposals will be evaluated in the following descending order of importance. 1. Past Performance 2. Technical Experience 3. Financial Capability The following contractors were sent the Request for Offer (RFO): 1. McQuay Services 2. Commercial Services 3. Revis Mechanical 4. Quality HVAC Services Additionally, the first four (4) contractors interested in receiving a copy of the RFO should send a request by facsimile at (718) 995-5685 by COB April 20, 2001. The date and time on the facsimile will be used to determine the first four eligible contractors. Reuqests received after that date will not be considered.
